squeak.....huh??
I replaced my upper/lower balljoints as well as tire rod ends a few months ago, and a couple days ago I noticed a squeaking noise coming from my left front when I hit a small bump or road variation. It only does this when I hit small bumps and no other time, not even for the big bumps. When my tire rods were going out a few people told me that in relation to the classic popping noise a bad ball joint will also make a metallic "bing" over bumps, is this something I should worry about? This noise does not sound metallic, it sounds like rubber rubbing. And it only started (that I noticed) after a rain a couple days ago. I changed my shocks about 2 months ago as well, would this have anything to do with it?

hey bro,probably not your problem but i once traced a similar sound to a body bushing.if you can cause the sound to occur predictably a can of silicone spray and some trial and error will find it regards shovelhead
