Aux Switches

Ok, here's one for us rookies. - What the heck are the Aux 1-4 switches for? I have a 05 F250 SD and the local dealer (or at least the sales person) didn't know.

they are for anything auxillary you want to plug in. example: winch. anything that could run off of the battery in the truck. they are just like a wall light switch.

Where do you tie into the wires at? Are the 4 mystery wires in the engine compartment coming out of the firewall the output wires from these switches?

Answered my own question, the four mystery wires in the engine compartment are not powered by the four auxillary switches.

So my next question is: Where do you tie in to utilize the 4 auxillary switches? They seem pretty useless if you cant use them.
