ABS Light Remains On

ABS Light Remains On
I own a '99 SuperDuty and just recently the ABS light came on while driving and stays on anytime the truck is running. I had just recently changed tires from 305-315's. Could this have an effect on the ABS system, or is it a sensor problem? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

One other note that I have seen on some of the other posts, that my OD light flashes at times also. This may indicate that the VSS is the problem. Going to look into this as the quick fix. Will let you know how it goes.
