Well, installed new EGR valve and EVR solenoid and took care of my code 33. Truck is still slurpin' gas however. Where do I start in diagnosing a rich fuel mixture? I guessing checking fuel rail pressure to test fuel pressure regulator. Am I right? If not, someone please point me in right direction.
RGAZ,
I've checked manifold vacuum with pump/tester. It's good and solid until I increase rpms...vacuum drops off as rpms increase. But, exhaust systems and CAT are good...no restrictions. Does this indicate vacuum leak at gasket and could this cause rich fuel mixture? How do I find source of vacuum drop off?
