Dash Ground Problem

Dash Ground Problem
94' E350 w/ dual A/C. While running A/C: the higher I run the fans, the Oil and Temp guages climb in direct proportion. Found a large gound from wiring harness to body behind drivers kick panel, didn't cure the problem. Anyone know of any other places to check?

You may want to pull the instrument cluster and clean all it's connections. It's not a fun job though.
