I recently began towing a 5th wheel camper I moved up from a travel trailer last fall. Over the winter I installed Timbrens on the rear to help level the load. I now have what I believe to be is a case of axle wrap. With the 5th wheel connected and loaded when I pull out from a stop the rear axle twists and the over load springs slaps the contact point bolted to the frame and thumps. What the best course of action to resolve this, it is time to add a leaf the rear springs and lose the Timbrens? My Pin weight is about 1600 lbs
What spring pkg do you have in the rear ? 8800lb?
