I am using the PIAA's they are nice kinda pricy for what you get.... I dont think i will be replacing them with the same bulbs when one blows..They are whiteish I want supper white and powerfull. Everyone is diff though.. I want the brightest whitest street allowable bulbs i can find since every night i drive home at 2-5am in the middle of the everglades and there is no street lights out there :-) Its nice to have some real lights to see whats ahead.. I saw one guy with lights that would be what i wanted but he told me they were made by HELLA and that you had to have the wires re-done to handle the power and this and that and he said it was 600bucks with transformers and all. I dont know if i really want or need to go that far but if anyone has suggestions bring them on..
Thanks for the heads up Ryan. My neighbor has HID's that he found to replace his stock headlights......said he paid over 900 for them installed. Looks like I'll go to a set of Xenon driving lights.
Yeah the HIDs are really nice and i would love to get them but i dont know about 900bucks for lights. Even though im sure i would appreciate them.. Its just alot of money to part with when i already have lights...BUT i think i will go to the local truck shop and see what they have to offer,, good luck let me know what you end up going with and how you like emm.
10-4 Ryan.....my local 4wheel parts whse has the 8" pro comps on sale.....might be a little overkill, but some of the driving I do for bass tournaments, might be just the ticket.
