MBRP Cat-back Install
I just got done Installing my new MBRP Cat-back and i noticed that around 1500 to 2000 rpm there is a drone. I felt it with the stock system but it was not that noticable. This is.. I know during the install you have to cut the extension pipe to fit your truck i am thinking that i maybe cut a little on the long side and it is binding up the system making the drone worse. Has anyone else had this problem and what was there fix or should i take it to shop to have them look at it?? This is the first system that i have ever bought or installed. Any questions or comments would be greatly appreciated..
Thanks
Jeff

If it is installed without touching any of the trucks chassis or suspension parts you shouldn't have any noise except when you have your foot planetd in it, then you get a nice deep rumble etc. I would double check you are OK underneath, if all is OK what you might be thinking your hearing is actually the engine breathing so much better. The stock system is so restrictive some folks think they are hearing id a drone but it is actually air movement etc.
We sell hundreds of the MBRP system each month, call us if you have any questions etc.
