Hey, guys. Thanks for the welcome. Not really sure what I'm planning to do, but I know that I'm keeping the flathead for a while at least. I am also planning to upgrade the brakes. Mostly just getting it road ready and legal for now with more planned after.

Major bummer!! I'm sorry to hear that, there have been many times over the years where a current project had to be sacrificed to keep the family afloat. Always a bummer.
Give us the details on the truck(price, condition, etc), there are several people close by that would probably be interested in a deal. Boy, the wife would strangle me if I came home with another one......
......but honey, It can stay in my room and I'll clean up after it.....
