Hotel Rooms

For those of you needing to get a hotel room, we have set up a group rate of $60.00 plus tax ($68.12 per night) at the Radisson in Lenexa. It's about 20 minutes from the Woodlands. To book your room, go to www.Radisson.com/lenexaks and enter the dates of your stay. To get the group rate, you must enter the word FORD in the promo code area. You will have to register a user account to book online. There are two other options if you don't want to register:
  1. Call the hotel directly at 1-913-888-6670.
  2. Call Radisson central reservations at 1-888-201-1718
If you use either of the phone numbers, you will need to let them know that you are with the Ford Truck Enthusiasts group. If you have any problems booking your room, please let me know and I will contact the hotel to straighten them out. We have until July 14th to book the rooms, after that, you are not gauranteed to get the rate.

Easy shot to the Woodlands. Sounds like many will be there at the Hotel, so there will be plenty of room to room to room parties!!!

They have also offered to do a few things for us. The front office actually has a balcony above it that will hold quite a few poeple. The F&B Director has offered to set us up with a bar up there if we want to do it. It's a cash bar so it won't cost the show anything.
