all I can tell you is HH means one colour, not two tone.
the rest is fairly self explanitory, I suggest you get a manual to help you fill in the blanks. Make sure its the Ford AND Mercury manual to get the Canadian info
good luck

We have a 65 Merc and the beginning half of the serial number is the same as this 64. I'm assuming the beginning number "5" just tells you that it is a 6 cylinder engine and then the engine code tells you what size, the engine and transmission codes differ between the two. The 65 had a 240 originally and a 3 on the tree, while the 64 has a 223 (I'm assuming) and a 4 spd.
Both trucks have the "HH" paint code which is a light robin egg blue color. The trim code is different and its seems to me the 65 is a little fancier. The other difference is the axle ratio, the 65 has a 3.70:1
Besides the "Twin I Beam" and a different grille these trucks sure look allot alike. I just wish it was the 65 that had the great body.
Thanks for your help.
