New guy, pre-runner question...
Hey all,
There are so many possible threads to choose from, I thought I'd try here first. I hope I'm not re-hashing something that's been discussed a million times already!
I'm trying to find a light bar (front bumper, not bed mounted) for my 2004 Ranger. It seems that every manufacturer makes these up to the 03 model year, but not beyond. I haven't followed Rangers in a few years, so I don't know what the differences are in bumpers between '03 and '04 models years, so I don't want to order the wrong thing.
I've looked at Westin (not my style), www.jamesduff.com doesn't have an '04 yet, RCD has a photo of one, but it was a one-off for their show truck, I don't know if Pro-Comp's universal is close enough or not. My feeling is that if it's a universal kit but I end up modifying it to fit my 04, then I might as well fabricate my very own, right? If I can get one for a reasonable price though, why not save myself the time?
Does anyone know of a good looking (and available) light bar for the 04 Ranger? I don't want to replace the entire bumper, just have a small and tasteful bar to hold a few lights. Any help is appreciated!
