Russ, a motor like 482" will need around 320 to 370 cfm heads to get the full potential of it's size. I wasn't hammering you, things are cool, just a statement, besides it's hot today. We watched Indy, and Greg Anderson win again, Yes! Yes!. My group (9 couples) sucked up over 7 gallons of my home brew German Wheat Beer. My supplier is Bader Beer & Wine Supply in Vancouver Wa. a great company to deal with. Great to stay home and leave the nuts on the highway, be safe everyone.

Well thats some beer consumption...LOL... On a Good Day I can probably drink 2 gallons of beer....But that only 5.5% Alky we have here in VA.. The poor folks west of the Mississippi only get 3.2% beer....
I had thought about selling my Kaase SCJ heads for the 521" motor...they'll flow right at 400cfm on Intake with a port job...But I really Like the Blue Thunder Heads with the raised Ford Exhaust port...and having Timeserts in all the hole's to stop any gaulling ot striped threads..But its a trade off..cause Its a proven Fact that Kaase Heads make more HP than the BT's..Because of there High Mid lift Cam flow..Oh well we'll see? I decided Not to get in a hurry with this motor...I cant really afford to put it together Once ,let alone twice...lol..
