Bench bleed mastercylinder problems

Ok, I am just about fed up with this thing... i got a new mastercylinder today and i could not get the back half of the new MC to bench bleed... I took it back and got another one and this one is doing the same exact thing.... I have a 72 Ford F100 with manual brakes... This can't be any different than any other MC bench bleeding... or is the back half suppossed to have air bubbles....?

It is dark and I really need to get this fixed tonight....

Make sure you're threading the plugs in tight and they are sealing right. Also, while you push the plunger in, make sure the isn't any rust in the bore.

For my 2, As long as fluid is coming out I wouldn't worry too much about it because you still have to bleed the whole system.

jowilker... i got mad and figured that I would put the stupid thing on and bleed it through the lines at the wheel cylinder.... I haven't had a chance to bleed it yet but the brakes do work a lot better than before.... I am hoping that I can plug the brake light sensor back in now... guess I will find out this morning when I go out and finish up....

thanks for the help
