300 won't idle when cold

I have an 89 f150 300. The thing just won't idle when I first fire it up. Takes about 5 minutes before it will run right. I have replaced, IAC, coolant temp sensor, egr, all fuel injectors, plugs, wires, distribitor cap, ignition module, all three fuel pumps, fuel filter, intake gasket, cleaned air charge temperature sensor, air filter, cleaned throttle body, checked vacuum leaks, changed throttle body gasket, replaced o2 sensor. If I've left anything else out that I've changed it's cuz I'm getting tired of replacing things and can't remember. I love this motor, wouldn't trade it for the world even if I can't get it to idle when it's cold. But it would be nice if it would act right when I fire it up first thing in the morning. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
