external inline tranny filters
i am planning on getting one
Does anybody have any experience with the spin-on filter assembly that Riley sells at www.dieselsite.com (perferably with the gauge)
i know that magnefine seems to be popular with some of the readers, my only concern is its small size and capacity.
I do alot of towing with heavy trailers and i don't want to have to worry about plugging up a filter before it is time to change the fluid.
my other concern is fluid flow, i don't want for the tranny to run hotter than it already is.
I am not against Magnefine filters, so comments for or against either would be much appreciated.

Ive been running a spin on for 2 years its a oil filter braket that takes a fli ford oil filter works great and you can change the filter anny time you want i change mine every other oil change just spin it off spin new one on and add 1 qt trany i also pull a 15k cancstruction equptment trailer no problems!!!
