On my 2005 supercrew:
The front doors: the speaker grill pops off.
The rear doors: you have to remove 6 screws. 2 at the bottom of the door. 2 underneath the little plastic piece behind the door handle. 1 at the top outer portion of the door underneath the slender plastic piece that pops off, and 1 more underneath the electric window switch panel that pops off.

Guys - thanks - I was going to ask that question myself and also what recommendations for upgrading the sound system (w/o replacing the stock head unit). I'm planning on getting Infinty Kappa's for the doors as the 1st step, then maybe adding an amp at a later date.
Anyone know what size the door speakers are....5x7's?
For the record - I have the '05 Audiophile 6 cd with the underseat subwoofer system...sounds pretty good stock - but think upgrading the door speakers would make for a crisper, cleaner sound.

HotLap the Kappa's will make a nice addition to your sound & yes 5x7/6x8 is where you are w/out any mods. Also since you have the extra tweeter in the upper section of the door you might want to go w/ an upgrade there too. That way you will make the highs come ALIVE. I have a set of NB1's by Power Acoustic & they are as strong & crisp / clean as any other I've ever heard
