fuel pump HELP!

Hey Guys. I have a 1992 F150 with dual tanks and the extremely overpriced Fuel delivery module instead of a normal fuel pump. I have put 3 pumps in this truck so far and it is getting expensive!!!! I noticed you can take the case apart and inside is the little fuel pump. Can anyone tell me if you can get just the pump or do you have to buy the whole damn case again. Will a pump from anything else work? If anyone knows i would appriceate part numbers. Thanks

Where have you been getting the replacements? Have you tried NAPA? Some models you can get only the pump and wire it into the FDM. I put 3 in a Bronco before the 3rd one stayed. Lots of work.
