Can't find a lowering kit?
Hi. I am looking at getting a 1986 ranger and i want to lower it cause it will be 2wheel drive and i cant seem to find any kits to lower it. does anybody know of any? help would be greatly apriciated. this is my first truck of my own i am working on.

DJM makes I-Beams that will drop the front about 3" and a "flip kit that will lower the rear about 4". I don't have any experience with the earlier I-beam rangers so I can't say how well they work or how hard they are to install. You'll probably also need shorter shocks, but I didn't see them advertised. You can find the above items at "stylinconcepts.com" You might want to check around though as Stylin tends to be a bit pricey.
