'91 3.0 running problems
Initially the truck wouldn't start at all, he then told me how long it had been sitting (3 years). We then used the inertia switch and pumped all the nasty gas out just before the fuel filter, and swapped out the fouled spark plugs.
At this point the truck would just barely start and run, KOEO codes indicated a bad MAP/BP sensor. This was replaced.
The truck now will start and still just barely run. KOEO codes only returns 85. KOER codes returns 12 and 13.
Things I've thought of:
Cat....lots of exhaust flow at tail pipe should rule this out
Fuel flow....~40psi with the key on, and while running
Spark...I pulled each wire from the dist cap (one at a time) and could not tell the difference in idle; but I did get a jolt once and I think there's LOTS of spark

Timing...set at 10 BTDC
What now?
Thanks,
Russ
The TPS was replaced when we put in the longblock, IAC has been cleaned twice.
I'm leaning towards the gunky injectors too, should have insisted he have them cleaned when everything was apart...it'll be a pain to take them back out now.

Turns out the MAF was bad, although I did have the injectors cleaned as well. The truck still runs more ragged than I like....the idle isn't smooth. KOER codes are 41, 13, and 75. The 75 comes from me not hitting the brake pedal, but I'm unsure of why I'm getting the others.
Any more suggestions would be most welcome.
Russ
41 = HEGO (HO2S) sensor voltage low/system lean
Have you carefully checked for vacuum leaks (cause of lean condition maybe)? I assume that all KOEO codes have been addressed/fault fixed and that it passes the KOEO test. If not, it's time to back up and address those first. Also, have you checked the vacuum hoses for correct routing?
