Need help with wiring!!!!

I have a 99 f-150 and i'm trying to modify the foglights so that i can have them on without the headlights being on, but i can't figure out witch wire i have to splice into in order to get power in to the foglights. I know that it has been done on a 2000 lighting and was told that it can be done on a 99. The info on the 2000 says the white/black wire but that wire is the indicator light power and has nothing to do with the foglights power. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I don't know the wiring color you need, but I just wanted to let you know if you have vehicle inspections in your area, it may not pass if you wire it this way.

If can get to the foglamp switch, you basically need to power it from a different 12v source. It is now powered from the lowbeam circuit.
