While not the safest method......you can loosely put your lugnuts on, then drive around very slowly to try and free up the wheels. Or you can get a jack that works horizontally, as well as vertically, such as a PortaPower and place it between the wheels, pushing on a block of wood placed against the rim, this will usually pop them free.
I got mine off my 2000 by placing a 2x4 on the tires and hitting on the 2x4 with a 4 pound hammer. Than paint anti-seize on the hub so they won't be hard to remove the next time.
Because they are big and heavy my helicopter crash in Saudi mangled back, hip, and shoulder don't like this simple job any more. Before that I used a 2x4 and pried them back and forth to remove.
Pay attention this is a HUB centric wheel and this tightness is deliberately engineered in....hummm and some folks wonder why us old farts highly recommend NOT using LUG centric cheap rims!
My dealer does an oil change and tire rotation for me for $34.99 every three months. They let me watch... if the tech goes near my lug nuts with a rattle ratchet I let him know it is OK for removal but he better be familiar with a torque wrench for installing.
I've had a couple like that lately. Had to double- jackstand them and kick the tire loose from underneath. Once I convinced myself to do it, was quite easy.
Fredvon, thanks again for your service, I just lost afriend in a crash in NM on his last flight before retirement.
I just rotated my tires this past weekend. I had the same problem for the first time. What I did was simply to kick the sidewall with the heel of my boot (it didn't mark the sidewall at all) acouple of times and it finally came off. I should have but didnt do the anti-sieze.
