I like that new red typeface also. After hearing about your truck I have decided that my next daily driver is going to be a F1; I prefer the 51/52 era also.
Of course I'll have to do your mod to get more leg room. Maybe I'll find an extended cab...talk about positive thinking!
I guess it's safe to tell you now. Remember when you gave me the confirmation # for my room so I could cancel? It worked REAL good. When he asked if I wanted to cancel my entire reservation, I of course told him yes. That's OK, I figured out what I did, so I called back and hooked you up with a room. I trust your accommodations were satisfactory?
I too ended up cancelling my resv because Phyliss could not go till Friday. So since it is only an hour and a half, I drove back and forth all 3 days. Worked out good though, I bought parts brought them home tried them, and then took them back and swapped for what I really needed.
Don't know I guess? Big all Ford drag event at St Louis. No truck shows that I know of. There's supposed to be a huge street rod show up here but I forget the date. It has been rained out almost everytime that I know of.
700 trucks at the Nats is less than impressive for that event. They set a high standard to measure up against in 2003 though.
Hey Jet Jock, Aren’t ya glad that the Lexis truck didn’t win. I know the winner was Ch##y pwr but at least its American made.
Bill check out my new signature. But I have no idea how to get down on the bottom ??????
Mike
