some re-build question

ok i started gathering parts to rebuild my 351 out of my 89 f-250. i got a 30-over rebuild kit from summit racing. now i plan on buying a mild cam for my truck and some headers. does anyone have any suggestions for those. i don't want to upgrade the stock fuel system. also i want to remove the smog system and was wondering if you had any suggestions on that. thanks.

why bother removing smog equip, power gains minimal.

if you want to remove, remove cats, remove pump, shorter belt, block back of heads with screw in inserts.
