No. If you install 4.56 gears, then you will have better power usage. If you keep the 410 gears, you may be a little slower taking off but you should see a little better on the highway. The problem with this theory is that the truck will push more air with bigger tires.
I have 33s with 410 gears and a 302. I wish I had 456 gears. It already has no low end power and I can't go faster than 70mph.
Well ya got to take one or the other. A 3.55 ratio will provide you with more top end speed. But a 4.56 ratio will give a better crawl ratio. Also depends what tire size you are running. A 4.10 rear with the t-case in low would work just fine.
And you don't get better gas milage in going from 4.10 to 4.56. Just not going to happen.
