Pull codes and runs better?
My '89 300 runs better when I go to pull the codes then when I'm not. I ground the computer through the negitive battery terminal to a plug called "Self Test In" Or "STI". But when I take that ground away,she runs rough again. What gives? It did give me a code,but its not a known one. It flashes Check Engine 3 times and thats it. What do you guys think?
