Backward battery hookup
My sister put a battery in the old farm truck yesterday.....a 1976 F150. Unfortuneately she put it backward. Called me and told me there were a lot of sparks when she hooked it up, so she disconnected it. I reversed it this morning and nothing works now but the horn. What got fried? I see a solenoid(?) on the inner fender. Could that have been ruined? Where do I start? Thanks for any help.

Go to the starter relay and start un-wrapping tape on the wiring harness that heads across the firewall.About 2 ft along the harness thickens.
