HVAC and nibble solution

My o4 screw had the steering wheel nibble and this was finally solved by road force balancing the tires to 6 pounds. It was done before but to 25 pounds. Be sure to specify this when having your tires balanced. This did solve the problem.

The HVAC system would blow air out of all the vents regardless of the selector position. The dealer had the truck for 2 days and could not fix it. So I told them that I would try myself. I took the dash apart to where I could access the air doors and found that a piece of foam had come loose and had jammed the door 1/2 way open. I removed the foam and put everything back together.
The system works great. The HVAC is the manual system.
It makes a guy wonder about taking your truck in and letting the "experts"
work on it.

Joe, you said a mouthful. Good tip about the foam. I'll keep that in mind.
Chris.
