side view mirrors
can anone tell me how to remove the plastic outer cover on my side mirrors..I have a loose mirror and was hoping I could find something loose inside..I have looked at a parts calleout and it looks as though it "snaps" into place..I have tried pushing a little from the inside but maybe not hard enough.thanks for your help..

The plastic outer cover comes off after the mirror lense is removed. There is nothing behind the cover that will help you any.
The mirror lense just pulls off carefully. It has some "pins" that hold it in place.
