Just got the other 94 - 7.3 factory turbo back to gether, but have no boost pressure at the guage!!! Can anyone tell me the pressure at the the diafram that actuates the rod that you shorten to increse the boost. My thoughts are that the diafram is shot but want to check the incomming pressure.
Turns out it was the rubber hose to the diafram, had a small hole in it. Replaced that and had 6 lbs on hard accel. and 4 @ 2400. Can not find my 1/4 - 28 tap so that I can adjust the rod, but 6 turns sould do it to get 8 lbs on accl. and 6 @ 2400.
Im gonna have to turn mine 12-18 times! (I want 12-15 psi)
Edit: are those injector lines still available? If so I still need to do the paypal thingy... Sorry about the delay
Just dropped my injectors off today, getting them tested.

ATS exhaust installation sheet:- unscrew the clevis counting the # of turn, hold in vice, tap out with 1/4 - 28 tap. Screw back in the same # turns. To increase the boost screw the clevis in (shorten the length). It takes about 3 turns to equal 1 psi of boost. They recomend ? around 7-8 psi. ( If anyone wants a copy of the installation, 3in down pipe housing + pipe e-mail me with a fax)
Be carefull with that rod! They can be staked pretty hard when you try to unscrew them. I've had a couple break on me that I had to weld back together.
This will be the 3 rd one I have done, the first was not to successfull, I sheared the rod. I now take a small drill and drill out the 'stake' on each side, don't go thru, just enough to remove the dimple. I also get ot the calipers and measure the rod. Also spay paint at the joint.
