Does anyone know where I can get the little nylon bushings in the linkage of the 4x4 shifter? Mine are worn and one is missing. This causes the shift lever to rattle and wobbles left and right too much (should only move forwards and back).
These bushings are located at the pivot point of the 4 wheel drive shift lever, below the floor board.

Any suggestions on how to make something up from scratch would be welcome as well.
