Help getting service records
Can anyone help me? I just bought a used excursion and would like to have a copy of the dealer service history. Our local dealer would not give me a copy.

hello jceich and welcome. You can go to ford.com and than go to My ford and set up an account for free with your vehicles vin # and dig around in the service end of that page, Should be able to find the service history in there. Again wlecome

Or run a carfax report. I did this on my Ex and it shows all dealer service and dates as well as service shop work done by shops that enter info into the national database...as all are supposed to do. The carfax report is really neat, well worth the cost especially if looking at buying a used car/truck.

jceich Under warrenty your excursion has had the
1 Trans crossmember replaced , Radio replaced , headlamp switch recall, differential speed sensor replaced, and passenger door lock replaced. I can only give you warrent history. This work was performed at swanson ford in los gatos CA. the orginal owner had a extended warrenty to 60 thousend miles.

I am looking at this lincoln, i would really appreciate the service history of this vehicle, I looked but they say no service history is available, if you are the owner of record you can call a number and get it.
