questions on front end

I see you have not gotten your proper "Howdy". Howdy, Welcome to FTE.
First, any parts that you purchase please look on this site in the shop area as that helps fund FTE. Get a manual and look through it to get acustomed to your truck. If you look through the different parts catalogs also, you will learn a lot too. Most of the rubber pieces up front are easy to change. The I-beam pivot bushing can be a pain to get out. King pins are a bigger pain. Some here have a an easy time of them. Mine took a 20 ton press and two torches to get them out.
As for the drum to disc goes. Find any 250 up to 79'. The drums and rotor/spindles are held on by 4 bolts. Break them down and swap them. Also get the portioning valve from the front disc/ rear drum truck. I you want a new booster; go with a mid 70's F350. It delievers more umph to the brake.
As jowilker
mentioned to you in another post, use search by typing the main point of your question and you will get plenty of info on these subjects.By reading all the posts on a given subject you might find that someone wrote exactly what you where looking for; instead of waiting to see if someone here, might.
Happy hunting.
