As far as I know there was only one dash molding for 65-66. There were some differences in trim and controls. First there is the fact that some had a padded dash. Actually I think anything other than a basic metal dash with a round speedo is a Custom Cab option. The CC had the pad, the sweep type speedo, volt and oil pressure gauges, and of course an AM radio. I think all the CC ad ons were pick and choose as I have seen many variations. My truck for instance has the sweep speedo and AM radio with no extra gauges and no dash pad. It is custom cab and unaltered.

If by "Dash" you mean the cluster...then Yes, there were two dashes with varations available on each. And, a padded option for both standard and custom cab. Plus any changes prior owners have added in the last 39 years.
