when i first start up my truck it idles fine.
but if i rev the engine there is a squeek, where is that comin from? But if i drive it around for a bit then stop and rev the engine it wont squeek. the tranny was just looked at and b&M shift kit was put in and the rear end is new. it made this noise before all of that too.
I put new belt on a little bit ago, and it stopped for a while. but now it does the same thing again. do the belts just need to be tightened?

Try tightening the belt. If that doesn't help, you may need to clean the pulleys. A slipping belt or use of lube or belt dressing is very hard on the pulleys and will glaze them. Remove the belt and clean the pulleys with some carb cleaner and lightly sand the belt area with sand paper to remove the shine and glaze. Replace the belt at this time too. I've had to do this to several vehicles, but once it's done there are no more problems.
