I've heard about dremel's and hacksaw's. But is there a simpler method? I wanted to do this this past sunday, but ran out of time, and I had broke to plug wires. Any suggestions? I'll yank the plugs out here in awhile and sidegap them then.
Someone even took the time to file them down. I just popped mine in a vise, took my dremel tool with a cutting disk, and carefully hacked the tip of the electrode off (15 minutes tops to do 8 plugs). I re-gapped them at .050 and put them in. I've seen some suggest straigtening the tip, cutting off about 1/8" and then rebend the tip to get the right gap.
