Yeah - there were some great games, the Brazil-Croatia was very good, and will bode for an interesting match when we play Brazil.

As for the times though - the games start at 11pm - and finish at 7 in the morning
The sleep deprivation has begun

hahahaahah sorry to hear that, those hours are terrible, unless you´re doing absolutely nothing with your life and can afford such a time change.

P.S.: It was a shame that Trinidad & Tobago got eliminated, also Poland, they both played real good matchs (i bet nobody will miss Ukraine though).

I have adjusted my lifestyle to suit it... so far I have only missed 3 games...

But yeah, you are right, I would have loved to see Trinidad and Tobago make it through - and I won't be crying in my sleep over Ukraine....

Two missed penalties and out goes Ivory Coast (2-1)... the saddest loss so far, Argentina had a goal-fest (6-0), pretty impresive! Congrats angentinians!.

I actually thought the Ivory Coast would come through - they are a great team.

Sweden had big trouble with Trinidad&Tobago (0-0) and scored in the last minute (litterally) against Paraguay. Next is England

So does that mean that you only need a draw with England to go through?

Hey guys I just want to let you know that besides watching as much as I can, I’ve been putting bets on as well on www.tabonline.com.au Well so far two matches England & Trinidad 2-0 and Holland & Ivory coast 2-1 worked out real well. Because of those two I raked in $1516.40 so far!!! Cheers

Well, its us vs. Croatia tomorrow - Australia has to draw or better to make it through.

There have been a few good games, Argentina vs. Netherlands for one - even if it was scoreless encounter. Ghana did very well to beat the Czech Republic.
Portugal is looking pretty good too - 5 goals for, 1 against.

Well, Australia made it through... after drawing Croatia 2-2... with some suspect Referee desisions.

But we are through. YAY!!! Now for some sleep...

Sorry to see Australia loose against Italy because of a bad referee Sweden had same problem against Germany. (they also played very bad)

It was unfortunate... But credit to the Italian defence for holding up for half of the game with only 10 on the field.

But oh, the heartbreak... Thats soccer.

I was sorry to see Sweden get knocked out too hagg, I really like them.
