stay away from those tacky imitation euro blue lights they dont light that well and they are annoying to other drivers. for onroad driving 50 watt bulbs are about the most you want to run
You cant go wrong with PIAA, they really put out the light for the wattage, and I havent had any problem with them on several different vehicles over the years now. They are a bit pricey though.
Hella lights are very good. I have the 450's and the 550's both are very good fog/driving lights. You can buy them from summit for about $80.00. I highly recommend them.
I just installed a set of Hella 530's on my Explorer. I would recommend the Hellas or PIAA'a. Either one are great lights and will be a good decision...
I put a set of Hella 450s on my wife exped and there bright enough for on and off road, infact here in washington i almost
got a ticket for them being on, but i was able to prove that
the lights run on like 55watts and in this state if over that they
must remain covered or you will get a fixit type ticket. So i also
suggest hella lights and they have diff sizes and shapes for your
piticular needs.
