Still No Problems
Still no problems, after 7100 miles! 
I did have the transmission fix, several months ago; but, I don't consider that a problem. Rather, it was a fix before there was a problem.
I'm posting my experience, with the 2004 6.0 PSD, because when I started reading, this forum, shortly after buying my truck, I was afraid I had made a terrible mistake. I'm glad to report otherwise.
Sorry if I sound like a cheerleader; but, I'm very happy with my truck.

Glad to hear it walc- Yesterday I spoke with a subcontractor friend that bought his 03 6.0 over two years ago (about the same time I bought my 03 now with 52,000 miles). He has 33,000 miles on his DRW CC and has never been back to the dealer... He says "It runs great" with a proud 6.0 Grin
