C4 Overheating ??
Howdy all
I recently got a question from a fellow F100 owner about his C4 tranny.
He says that after a couple of miles the tranny starts blowing transmission fluid out the breather hole! Could his tranny be overheating?
Any input would be greatly appreciated..

Sounds like theres so much fluid...make sure when he checks it that the trans is at normal operating temp and has been ran threw all the gears **TWICE** then back to N (put on parking brake) and check.

C4 transmission fluid level must be checked in Park position only.
The transmission could be overheating or the breather could be plugged.
Either one will allow fluid to be puked out of the filler tube.
