I am going to guess that you will find this in the exhaust forum as soon as the mods see it but anyway, What engine, model, year etc. of vehicle are we dealing with here? I would say that with a 302 you wouldn't need much more than a single 2.5" pipe with a high flow cat (if needed for emmissions). As for the Aero turbine, some like it and some say it drones really bad in the cab, my suggestion is put it as far back behind the cab as possible and see what you think. As far as headers, I will let someone else answer that one.

Well, I have used flowtech on Dodges but as with any cheap headers make sure the flange where it mounts to the engine is flat, if its not get it machined. I have heard of people cutting the flange so that every tube on the header is seperate from the others. That is supposed to help alot. For the pipe, 2.5" should do good in a single system, 3" is definitly the max. For duals no more that 2.25".
