lets say someone redlines it in overdrive, approximately how would they be traveling?
you wouldnt have a "intelligent guess" would ya?
great pics btw
With 3.73 gears, 265 (31 inch) and a .70 overdrive ratio, 4500 rpms is 158.8 mph. My VSS was reading 156, calibrated for 31.4 inch tires- my tires are about shot, and come in at about 30.3 inches on chalk- so conservatively, we'll call it 154.
These stock injectors are out of fuel...its fairly slow-going past 4200 rpm's.

Outstanding! so it looks like Vic's 142 was just blown out of the water!
I trust you are using Z rated tires as well!
Does it take all the toys to reach that speed or just the tune?
I'm sure Vic has the capability to do more, the 142 he stated was with their out-of-the-box tune.
That was tuning, water injection, and a straight-pipe. (Not counting some other small modifications to keep everything in one piece in the meantime).
Z-rated? Nope, just Bridgestone Revo's. It doesn't even get them hot
I really feel it has the power to go faster if you gear it up; it will gain more torque as you drop the engine back into its primary powerband around 3800 rpm's. You really, really have to milk it for all its worth past 4200. Kind of slow-going.
torture????? torture torture torture? i think torture is hooking up a 15K trailer to one of these trucks, they arent built for it. BUT a top speed run, well any vehicle can be built for that.......god job PSD 6.0L 4X4
