Hi, My truck has a limited slip diff, but I dont think that it is working.
What is the electrical connector that is on top of my rear end? Does it have to do with the LS diff ? Is the LS electrically controlled?
Thanks, Jeremy
PLC the other day when I was testing out my new IP I took the truck off road behind my house I started to spin but I didnt feel a bump or small jerk like the LS locked in.
Tomorrow I will try again, this time I can see both my tires because I took my utility bed off so thay I can get a regular truck bed on it.
Thanks, Jeremy
The limited slip does not bump or jerk or lock in. That is a locker that does that.
The limited slip has clutches that slip to let the wheels turn different speeds.
With my limited slip if I jack one wheel up and put the tranny in neutral, I can not turn the tire that is off the ground by hand.
