Every time i back out of my drive way and turn the wheel to the right or left the front tire on either side lock up and skid and sometimes jerk? Like if i turn to the right the left tire will lock up and vise-versa. Any clues??? i also have what they call incorrect toe-in or extreme camber other words the tires are wearin alot fast on the outside of the tire then the inside half

Sounds like you are WAY over-due for an alignment. The jerking and skidding also sound like your ball-joints are history. Damn. Stop driving that truck.
it sounds as if maybe your bronc is stuck in 4x4. do you have manual hubs? if you do and you unlock them does the problem go away.
i would climb under the truck and spin the front drive shaft by hand. can you turn it? if so then you are not stuck in 4x4. if not then the hubs are locked and not releasing or the transfer case is stuck in 4x4.
yea i have manual lockin hubs and i have them unlocked but the problem is still there. yea i noticed that it does feel like its stuck in 4 wheeler drive but it doesn't do it goin forward. Ill try turnin the axle later on
The problem you have is its time to replace all the U-joints on your front axle. There are three.......I can almost guarantee that one or more of them are totally shot!
get under there with a pry bar and start checking each one in both direction's ( axis X2 ).
If it was me.....I would replace all three because the stress of only one or two new ones on the old one/two WILL cause a failure.
i would agree with street gang except that when the hubs are not locked the front axles do not turn so they cant bind. and if it is not in 4x4 the front axles dont spin then either
ok so what about bearings?? could there be a spot that it catchs when the wheel has pressure on it from turnin or isn't there u joints inside the wheel asembly somewhere?

Yes.....but if the truck still has the failure prone auto hub locks they could be staying locked intermittently. I think the hub locks and u-joints should checked.......I am almost certain that its one or the other that is the root of the problem.
lets go one step further, suppose your radious arm bushings are bad espescially the rear bushing, when you back up the wheel will move forward and when you turn the steering wheel maybe the tire is rubbing hard enough on the sway bar to stop the wheel from spinning and when you return the steering wheel just enough for the wheel to break itself free you get a loud clunk which could sound like a locked up u joint.
yes i do agree that the hub locks and or the u joints could be the problem but then we need to explain the tremendous tire wear. maybe when the new ball joints were installed the camber bushings on the upper u joint were installed in correctly and this also could create a severe rubbing on the sway bar . take a look and see if there is a very clean spot where the tire has been rubbing anywhere under the truck
u just got it because i noticed and very nice clean spot on the radious arm nice shine metal and i was thinkin it was from the wheel rubin it because there 32" tires but their not suppost to
