i have a 94 ranger reg cab.im 17 and no days evryones gotta have subs in there cars to impress every one at school. I recetly bught a 400 watt amp, 10 inch sub and sub box. ive hooked up everythig and it sounds great .Un- fortuanatly the box i have is to big. its behide the passenger seat. im not complaing but my friends are hahaha, but does any onek now how i can make a smaller one or buy one that well be smaller so i can slide my seat back a little forward but still have the sound?
Go to http://www.topedgeonline.com/SearchR...tegoryID=24568. Page 3 of the sub box group and there is a pair of 10" sub boxes for reg. cab Rangers. $42.27 plus $35 shipping. Just bought a box from them for 2 12" subs for my extended cab. Nice box, good price and shipped fast.
I built my box for under $60 in materials including one 10" woofer. I copied the design from the MTX Thunderforms box that would have cost $300. Pics are in my gallery. And hey, don't worry about impressing people. You're young. Your peers at school are stupid. If they laugh at your attempts, tell 'em kiss off and just keep living your own life. (Sorry...remembering my high school days when I was in the same boat you are.)

do a search through the audio and video forum a little further down, we have had a lot of threads on building your own box, mine is happening this summer, believe it or not, mine is too big as well.
