So what's with this cold weather now? It's good for something, when I get home today I'm going to try out the heater in the truck. I've still got a list of things to do to the truck like:
Rear E-brake cables = $110
Front shocks = $100
Exhaust = $200
Alternator and starter rebuld = $200
Voltage regulator = $15
Steel Line for tranny fluid = $15
Insulation = $50
Some misc stuff = $20
Safety exam = $50
Farm License = $100 6 months
-----------------------------
A grand total of $860
I guess I have a little ways to go yet
Yeah it was cold. Stayed indoors today. Did laundry, dishes and started smashing the plaster out of the wall around my picture window. Planning to install new and bigger window. Old house from the 30's or 20's. The old window did not even have a header above it. I see I started a lot of work here. Hope to have the new window in May or June. Just got to get a crew of guys over to help lift the window. It is 8'6" long and 5' high and has to go up about 8' above ground. Need some warm weather to install. Do not want this cold stuff to do this in.
So not doing much on my trucks today or soon. Maybe next week.
Gonna put the wood stove on in the garage (still not legal) and change the front left spring and buy 2 new front shocks. Maybe fire up the mig and weld up some bolt holes in the box and on the mustang.
Mostly keep warm and keep busy.
