Average price difference between X and D Plan

What is the average difference between X-Plan and D-Plan? If X-Plan is typically 1% below invoice plus $150, what is D-Plan? I tried the search and couldn't find the answer. Thanks!

X Plan is A/D/Z plan price + 4% + $150
