Dumb question, easy answer

Where is the PCV valve located in a 94' 4.0L Aerostar engine and whats the best way to get to it? The manuals only show a tiny little picture.

On top of the valve cover, driver's side, toward the back. You can get to it fairly easily from the front (long skinny arms required) or from the doghouse inside the van.
