Hi Hope I am in right place. Have a 1997 F-53 super duty chassis under a georgie boy motor home. Have just spent 3 days trying to find cause of rf interference on am radio. It was working fine till I ran over rough railroad tracks in our town and suddenly I lost good reception and started getting noise from static. Have also searched hours on internet for actual experience from some one who has been there, done that. Hoping to here from some one who has found cause of same problem. Dale

im not sure about your particular case because im not real knowledgable about the set up you have there but...
i do know that am radio's can recieve direct interferance from your ignition...check to see where your antenna wire is routed...if its too close to the ignition just simply moving it further away can help. also ive heard of certain sheilds on ingition systems in certain rigs that help with interferance, might want to check on that.
