which years to avoid????
since my hopes of a PSD will have to wait 3 or more years I have considerd on buying a 4x4 f-150 crew cab (they run half price or lower than a PSD) what I need to know was there any years to watch out for example like a 01 psd with a 6.0 or the notoruis 4.0 sohc in the explores..... pros and cons of the 4.6 vrs 5.4
I like the look of the pre2004 f-150.... my sister has a 2004 it's okay but I like the looks of a 2003 better....
was any of these availble in a 5 speed stick??

I believe only auto trans are offered on all 2001-03 Supercrews. It comes with XLT trim or above. Most have 5.4L option on them, they're great! I'm pleased with my recent purchase of 2002 Supercrew. All three years are very similiar overall, only notable difference is the interior seating on 2001 and 2002/03. Most of changes occur after 2004 design.
